Testing

Once our stone wool solutions have been integrated into your products, we can also support with testing. This ensures our solutions meet the highest safety and environmental regulations, as well as the demands of your customers.

We can test your stone wool insulation cores in our international development centres and labs. At every test, we will be there, talking you through the process and outcomes, explaining every stage and what the results mean.

Integration

We also allocate packaging that can be easily integrated into your existing processes and can integrate our solutions into a just-in-time delivery system – communicating with your supply chain.

When it comes to installation, we offer you access to our technical and design expertise, determining a customised solution that is relevant to your local market.

We can provide close tolerance capability at very high specifications when filling cavities and streamlining the production of insulated bricks, for example. Stone wool slabs can grind to one or two faces from +/- 4mm to +/- 0.5mm. If you operate fully automatic production lines – we can help with the key challenge of integration.

All core solutions will be provided directly to OEMs to integrate into your manufacturing process. During the preparation process, we share best practice information on how to handle and integrate the stone wool solutions that we provide.

After that, at the testing stage, our specialist will also advise on effective mounting and installation of our solutions, according to current standards and regulations.
